1. How Long Data Is Kept
- Service logs and donation logs are retained as long as the user account is active
- Photos are stored with the associated log entry
- Users may delete individual entries at any time
2. Account Deletion
If a user deletes their account:
- Personal data is permanently removed within a reasonable timeframe
- Aggregate, anonymized data may be retained for reporting purposes
3. Admin Review
Admins may temporarily access logs or photos only for moderation or verification purposes.
